High-quality carbon fiber sheets from the first selection. Extremely dimensionally stable with high flexural and torsional strength and good flatness. The surface is smooth and satin-matt on both sides.

 

These CFRP sheets are made from high-quality prepregs with an epoxy matrix. Please note that these plates are 100% full carbon and not an inferior hybrid material. The perfect material for demanding applications requiring maximum strength with minimal weight (drones and multicopter, racing, model making, sports equioment and more).

Carbon fiber sheets (also referred to as carbon fiber plates or laminates) are rigid composite panels engineered for high-performance structural, industrial, and aesthetic applications. In 2026, they are recognized as the primary alternative to steel for projects requiring extreme tensile strength with minimal weight.

  • Strength: Modern carbon fiber sheets can reach tensile strengths of up to 2,800 MPa to 3,000 MPa, making them approximately 5 to 10 times stronger than steel.

  • Pultrusion: A continuous process where fibers are pulled through a resin bath and a heated die. It excels at producing long, consistent structural profiles like beams or strips.
  • Vacuum Infusion: Resin is drawn into a dry fiber stack under a vacuum seal, resulting in sheets with 30% higher stiffness than hand-laid versions.
  • Prepreg/Autoclave: Fibers pre-impregnated with a controlled resin ratio are cured under extreme heat and pressure, offering the highest dimensional tolerance (±0.05 mm) and surface finish.
